Heather Luce has been in the real estate industry since 2015 and is the broker/owner of KC LOCAL HOMES real estate firm. As a Kansas City native, she loves to share her passion for her city and really enjoys establishing unique relationships with everyone she meets. To her, being a small local business means they get to focus on helping others and representing clients fully, while having a lot of freedom to have fun while doing it. Heather is also a real estate developer, and has multiple investment properties in her portfolio, ranging from residential to commercial, has invested in new multifamily development, and mixed use redevelopment. Heather has undergone extensive business and developer training programs. Heather is an active member of WIRED (Women in Real Estate Development) and is the cohost of the WIRED: Stories of Impactful Women podcast.
